Sometime this morning, I bent over to put on some shoes. Stabbing pain in lower back, radiating down my leg, and I can barely walk, can’t sit up without excruciating pain. This has never happened to me and it utterly sucks. Worse yet – I’m teaching my first class tomorrow! How the F is that supposed to happen if I can’t move without yelping in pain?
Ick. Ick. Ick.
I feel old.
Oh no! That’s awful! Getting old sucks.
Oh no! Try some Valerian Root. It smells horrible but is a good herbal muscle relaxer. It loosens you up enough that a lot of times you can take a warm shower or bath and your body puts itself back together.
I thought that stuff was to make you sleep. Maybe you have a pinched nerve? Dr. may be a good idea.
