You’re also allowed to be depressed sometimes, and anxious – but please be compassionate toward yourself when you feel this way. If you don’t know what to do – read this letter.
You proved to yourself today that you can be brave and strong and stand up for yourself. You need to continue to believe that.
Believe that you’re talented. Believe that you’re good enough. Believe that you are loved. And please, if possible – try to love yourself just a tiny bit more, ok? You deserve it.
